John Rusche (D-Lewiston), the House Minority Leader, voted in 2008 “to direct the Idaho Transportation Board and the Idaho Transportation Department not to implement the provisions of the REAL ID Act of 2005.” Idaho was one of 25 states that helped to nullify this unconstitutional national ID card.

I just sent John McGee a letter reminding him that his renewed push for more senseless regulation will not be met with agreement by the more patriotic Americans.

As you may remember a bill was passed in the senate last year to ban texting while driving, it was then defeated in the House. State Senator John McGee has re-introduced the bill again this session. Senator Les Brock has also introduced a bill to ban talking on cell phones without a hands-free device while driving.
